What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• When you email us, your name, email address, and whatever you include in the message.
• When you schedule a call, the details you enter in the booking form: your name, email address, company, and anything you add about the topic. Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar, which processes that information under Google's own privacy policy.

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites. We use this information to monitor reliability and improve the site. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare for and hold the conversation you requested, and follow up about it. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except with service providers who help us run the website, email, and scheduling, or where the law requires it.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your business before or during an introductory conversation is treated as confidential. If we go further, we put a written confidentiality agreement in place before any business records are exchanged.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by writing to [email protected]. We keep correspondence only as long as it's useful for the relationship or required by law.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
